WASHINGTON, D.C., November 13, 2024 — U.S. Senator Katie Britt (R-Ala.) today congratulated the newly elected Senate Republican Leadership for the 119th Congress, who were all elected earlier today.
“Last week, Republicans received a mandate with a trifecta of President Trump’s dominant victory, retaking the Senate, and holding the House. Today, Senate Republicans came together and are united behind our new Senate leadership in the 119thCongress. I was especially honored to nominate Senator Tom Cotton for Republican Conference Chair during our meeting. Our conference is eager to advance President Trump’s agenda for American families. I’m confident we will achieve commonsense solutions and put America back on track,” said Senator Britt.
